Moustafa Jimmy is an Egyptian actor, dancer, and performer who graduated from Cairo Contemporary Dance Center’s three-year professional training program in 2020. In addition to performing in Cairo's street and state theaters, he studied acting with Gerald James in order to develop himself as a performer. Along with realizing his own choreographic projects, he worked with recognized artists like Tarek Eldwairy, Muhammad Abou Saoud, Karima Mansour, Olivier Dubois and Daniel San Pedro.
At a young age, Moustafa Jimmy was fascinated by architecture, which led him to explore movement beyond its usual context through shapes and lines. His imagination as an actor has allowed him to discover different layers of motion and enabled him to convey emotions through dance, as well as blending the two forms of art together. As a result, the interaction between acting and dancing became his passion and key source of inspiration.
Moustafa Jimmy currently resides in Paris, while he continues to perform extensively throughout Egypt and Europe.
